This FAQ will continue to be updated as we get closer to the event. Please continue to check back, especially as you get ready to travel!
Traveling to Fontainebleau
If you requested a room during registration, we have booked you a room at Fontainebleau through our room block for the dates that you selected. You must present an ID and credit card upon check-in to pay for your stay and hotel incidental charges directly at the hotel.
You have the option to add additional days to your reservation outside the conference dates when you register, if you would like to extend your stay (subject to availability).
Hotel reservation information will be emailed to you a few weeks before the event.
Hotel check-in is available at 4 PM on the day you arrive. If you arrive early and your room is not ready for check-in, you're more than welcome to drop-off your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the resort.
Hotel check-out is by 11AM. If you plan to attend Sunday morning sessions, we recommend checking-out before breakfast and storing your luggage at the bell desk.
How do I get to the hotel?
Fontainebleau is located 20 minutes drive from Miami International Airport (MIA). We recommend sharing an Uber/Lyft or other rideshare with other attendees, if possible.
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $40-$53 per day.

Where do I pick up my name badge?
We will have a Welcome Hub set-up in the Pearl Ballroom corridor. Please stop by to receive your name badge and select your event swag.
When can I sign up for sessions?
We will notify registered attendees when the app is available to download, about a month before the event. You will be able to sign up for individual sessions through the app.
What is the plan for the first day of the conference (Friday)?
Here's what to expect on Friday:
Daytime: We'll offer a variety of education sessions throughout the day that you can sign up for in advance. You're welcome to attend as many or as few as you'd like.
Evening: Our Friday evening reception will be held at the Arkadia Pool from 5 PM through 7 PM. Arrive hungry! We can't wait to treat you. During the reception you will have the opportunity to connect with REAL exhibitors and with other attendees. This is the perfect way to celebrate our time together as a group, see friends and make new friends.
Is there a dress code at the event?
There is not a set dress code, so feel free to dress casual throughout the day. Keep in mind that we will be spending time indoors with air conditioning and outside with an ocean breeze.
Average temperature for November in Miami varies from 80 F during the day to 70 F and breezy at night. We recommend checking the weather when you're ready to pack and bring clothing layers for different indoor and outdoor temperatures.
Will we have wifi connection during the event?
Yes, we will share how to connect to WiFi during the event.
What should I bring to the event?
